I was skeptical, but Danny Boyle’s opening ceremony for the 2012 Olympic Games was phenomenal. There were some fantastic skits, but this was the best by a clear mile.
The people of Twitter went mad for it. Shame one of the biggest audiences — the US — had to watch it on a delay. Fuck NBC.
